Ayrshire Boys Strokeplay Championship

The Ayrshire Boy's Strokeplay Championship was innaugurated in 1952 by Ayrshire County Council and is a 36 hole individual strokeplay championship, with prizes presented on both a scratch and handicap basis.

The Ayrshire Golf Association took over responsibility for running the championship in 1999.

A trophy for the best nett return in the competition was presented for competition in 2024.
